1. Delivery time: we will check the ordered goods, delivery address and payment information etc. from the customer as to ensure the order information is correct. 3. If the courier company can not offer door-to-door delivery services due to their reasons, please contact with them directly to check for solutions. Please kindly understand that we do not promise express door-to-door delivery service.
4. When receiving the goods from the courier, please be sure to check whether the goods are damaged immediately. If there’s any problems, please refuse to accept and contact us in time. If any damages were found after sign for receipt, customer should bear fully responsibility.
